Stag's Leap
Wine and the City and West London Wine on tour in California. Part 3: Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, whose 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon trumped the French in the historic 1976 Judgement of Paris. Here we try the Fay 2007, SLV 2007 and the revered Cask 23 2007 at the foot of the patchwork quilt-like Fay vineyard in the heart of Napa Valley.
