During a recent trip to a scorching Emilia-Romagna, I shot this video with Ben Smith of Enotria, where we taste two sparklers from top-end Lambrusco producer Chiarli in Modena, starting with the pear-drop infused, 100% Pignoletto, Modén Brut Blanc and ending with the raspberry tinted and scented Tre Bicchieri award-winning Vecchia Modena Premium.
